Austin recently participated in the Chickamauga Chase 5k. He placed 5th in his age bracket. Very proud of him!

Last weekend my family came to stay with us because their power was out after the tornadoes that hit Alabama. We took them to the zoo. Asher had fun petting and feeding the goats.

Bug-a-Palüza

We spent the afternoon at the annual VW car show in Chattanooga. The vehicles on display were impressive.

After sitting in the 2012 Passat I am looking forward to driving one of my own soon:)

Today is Asher's Birthday! Can't believe he is already two years old.

We celebrated with family on Bridgestreet this last Saturday.

Dirt for Lunch

While at Walmart a lady stopped us to play with Asher's toes and tell me that he is beautiful. He really is. Even when he eats dirt:)

I planted a new geranium. I love these flowers.

I thought Asher was too old for dirt, but I thought wrong.

Ick. Maybe it's not so good afterall.

"Hey Mom, I'm up here." Asher gets his cast off in less than a week and good thing since it's already coming apart. His daddy duct taped it for him.

His new camera pose includes sticking out his tongue.

I am impressed that he can tell when my phone stops being a phone and becomes a camera. Love this guy!
